Sometimes, a picture is truly worth more than words... even if there are words actually on the picture. This is our collection. Enjoy!
Most of us in recovery forget what we're supposed to do for the day. If you're one of them today, we'll loan you one of ours to help you get on your way.
Free refills... as long as you put in the effort.
Sometimes, we have to *stop waiting* for the right moment to get here, to notice the moments that ARE HERE, waiting for us *right now*—so just GO... happiness awaits you.
It's Friday... the 13th.
Hmmm... getting close.
I found this note from my brother one day, and it seemed fitting to use it. The note wasn't written specifically for my, it was a self-note as I recall, but I found it wonderful and wanted to re-share it. Thank you, little brother, for allowing me to share this.
If you're going to believe, believe strongly!
If you're going to dream, dream big!
If you're going to love, love wisely!
If you're going to forgive, then forgive!
If you're going to be angry, know why!
If you're going to give up, NEVER!

Life often takes us in pretty low places. What we have to remember is that the reason its low is because it's where the water is, which we'll need on our next climb.
Trust the process.
"When Life takes us down, it's to get water for the next trip over the next mountain." - DRUNKLESS, LLC
It happens, we somehow slip. It’s okay, but LET IT GO.
Don’t wanna to get up and face the week? Afraid of what it might bring?
I get that, truly I do, and it's uncomfortable at best. But it's also a chance for GROWTH!
Sometimes I get so focused on what I’m trying to accomplish; how well I’m doing my part; what part I need to play, that I forget to simply enjoy the show. Doing our part doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy what Life is doing for us. Now go and enjoy your show, whatever part that may be!
I asked for an apple,
But the seed became a carrot; an oak tree; an aloe vera plant.
Food to feed; wood to build; plants to heal.
Yesterday is your story being written today. YOU get to decide whether it picks you up, or lets you down. Choose a motivating narrative - you hold the pen.
"It's your story, you tell it."
Thank God for Sobriety... without it, I would have never found Coffee.
Happy Mid-Week, Everybody!
Mondays can bring pressure to master all this week. But the amateur's open-mindedness creates more growth. Have fun with your recovery today.
When a flood [of] feelings hits us, either personal or from empathy, awareness can help us cope. Today, be there for somebody...
It is difficult to hear tragic news like what has happened in Las Vegas. Our hearts pour out love and prayers to those affected by this atrocity.
With deeply-saddened hearts, we reach out with love, thoughts, and prayers to the victims and their families in Las Vegas. May you find strength to make it through where no one should ever have to.
We're always asked to be who we are. But today - BE you.
Hey, just a reminder: what you did last week matters. It's a piece of building your future. And this week is, too. No big milestone necessary. Only doing.
Stories of Freedom From Alcoholism. It's your story, you tell it.
Decisions. We make them and keep on moving. But noticing our CHOICES equals growth. Today, challenge your assumptions.
I'm grateful I get to wake up today.
I get to put my feet on the floor and say,
"Grant me the wisdom to be of service, where service is meant to be.
Grant me the insight of usefulness, that I can maximize each opportunity."
I'm grateful I get to expend an old breath, to breathe in afresh, and move forward.
Grant me the patience
to accept the time it takes to be where I need to be,
the fortitude to focus on what is right in front of me,
and forbearance from worry, fear, and self-criticism.
Trust teh process from the bottom of your heart; don't try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for the Creator's voice in all you do, everywhere you go; Life, a power greater than you, will keep you on track.
Watching the clouds and the rain pouring down always reminds me of a scrub brush for the skies and Mother Earth. With a sigh, I enjoy this moment just before heading in to work for the day.
"Watching a spider at work I vow with all beings to cherish the web of the universe: Touch on point and everything moves."
Robert Aitken - Dharma Rain
I have been feeling under pressure to get things done lately, and at times it just feels like too much.
As I was working at my job today, I began cleaning up sticky notes and I came across these three.
Who knew that my past-self was setting up my future-self for encouragement and success?
1) Don't give up
2) Eat your elephant - slowly
3) Accountability - to yourself, & others
4) Be helpful - because you can
Thank you, Past Me, for thinking of Future Me, and never giving up. I love you, Bro.
I Love Fog
It allows the light to surround me,
but forces me to live in the space where I'm at, right NOW.
Not what's ahead of me.
Not what's behind me.
But what's HERE, right where my feet are.
It gifts me THIS MOMENT.
Thank you, Fog.
I love you.

I'm worn out!
I go to the grocery store to buy food.
The gas station to get gas.
The clothing store to get shirts.
The shoe store to get... wait, wut?
"You have to CHANGE your thinking FIRST, and THEN the EVIDENCE APPEARS. Our big mistake is that we do it the other way around. We demand to see the evidence before we believe it to be true."
